I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location offered great views and a fun roof setup for events, and the manager was very attentive. However, the room conditions were quite disappointing, with dirty walls and poor maintenance. The service struggled due to limited staff, and the water supply issues added to the frustrations. Upgrading the rooms and improving the service would really enhance this place.
